How Do You Wear Clear Aligners?
Your aligners are designed to be worn most of the day and night, typically around 20–22 hours per day for the best results.
Simply remove them when eating, drinking anything other than water, and brushing your teeth, then put them back in afterwards.
How Often Do You Change Them?
You’ll normally move through a series of custom-made aligners, with each set gradually guiding your teeth towards their planned position.
Depending on your treatment plan, you may change to a new set every 1-2 weeks. Your dental team will tell you exactly when to progress to the next aligner.
How Long Does It Take?
Every smile is different. Treatment time depends on factors such as the complexity of your tooth movements and your individual treatment goals.
Many clear-aligner treatments can take several months, while more complex cases may take longer.
